Welcome to Sunflowers & Pedals

Cycling has been a passion for over 30 years. My goal is to share my knowledge and love for cycling with both those new to the sport, as well as long time cyclists of all ages and abilities. I’m an advocate for women’s cycling, with a goal to have more women riding. Also to push them to get out of their comfort zone and accomplish things they never thought were possible.

What makes me so knowledgeable? Besides my years as a cyclist and triathlete, I’ve been writing for RoadBikeRider.com since 2016. I’ve also been a brand ambassador for brands like Trek, Pearl Izumi, Jules Threads and Venus de Miles.
